Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for digital products purchased from Wealth Authority Media at wealthauthoritymedia.com, operated by MEDIA CHYTŘE s.r.o., IČO 07583532. It supplements our Terms of Service.
30-Day Goodwill Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with any individual protocol or the Wealth Authority Bundle, request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we’ll send your money back. No essay, no hoop-jumping.
1. Statutory Withdrawal Right (and Why It Doesn’t Apply Here)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and §1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.), a consumer who buys digital content normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this right does not apply when:
- The performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and
- The consumer has acknowledged that performance has begun and that the right of withdrawal is therefore lost.
At checkout, you tick a box giving your express consent to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledging that you waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right. This is required so you can download the product instantly. By accepting and clicking the buy button, you confirm this waiver.
The 30-day refund described in this policy is offered voluntarily, in addition to (and over and above) your statutory rights. It is a goodwill commercial guarantee — not a substitute for any consumer protection right that applies in your country of residence and that cannot be waived under mandatory law.

3. The Cashflow Lab — 30-Day “Open Claude” Guarantee
The Cashflow Lab is our higher-tier educational programme. We back it with the same 30-day, no-questions-asked guarantee promised on the sales page:
- You may request a full refund of the entire $1,997 within 30 days of purchase.
- No questions, no hoops, no awkward forms. Email support@wealthauthoritymedia.com with one sentence — “refund please” — and every cent comes back.
- The 30-day window starts on the date of purchase (the timestamp on your Stripe receipt) and ends 30 calendar days later at 23:59 UTC.
Day-31 Strategy Call — forfeit on refund. The 60-minute private 1:1 strategy call advertised as a Cashflow Lab perk becomes available only after the 30-day refund window has closed. Members who do not request a refund will receive a separate email from day 31 onward with a link to schedule the call. If you request a refund within the 30-day window, the strategy call is forfeited and cannot be redeemed separately.
If you experience genuine technical or access issues that prevent you from using the Cashflow Lab inside the 30-day window, contact us — we will work in good faith to resolve them and the refund window will be extended for the duration of any service interruption caused by us.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@wealthauthoritymedia.com from the email address you used at checkout, including:
- The subject line: “Refund request — [your order number]”
- The email address used to place the order
- The product(s) you want to refund
- Optional but appreciated: a one-line note about why (so we can keep improving)

5. Processing & Method
- We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card or to a different person.
- Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
- Once a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product(s) ends and you must permanently delete any downloaded files from your devices.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@wealthauthoritymedia.com — in nearly all cases we can resolve the issue faster than your bank can. Filing a fraudulent chargeback (i.e., disputing a charge for a product you actually received and used, instead of requesting a refund through this policy) is a breach of our Terms of Service, may constitute fraud under Czech law, and may result in collection action and a permanent ban from the Services.
7. Refund Abuse
Refunds inside the stated windows will be honoured no questions asked, and you do not need to prove that you tried the material to qualify.
We do, however, reserve the right to decline future purchases from buyers who exhibit a clear pattern of refund abuse — including but not limited to: requesting refunds across multiple products in a sequence suggesting the materials were downloaded with no intention to keep them, repeat refund requests linked to the same payment method, email address or billing details, or attempts to circumvent these Terms by purchasing the same product through multiple accounts. Declining a future purchase is not the same as denying a refund on a past purchase: existing refund rights under this policy are never affected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made; the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights.
