These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website wealthauthoritymedia.com (the “Website”) and any digital products, downloads, courses, or services offered under the brand Wealth Authority Media (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are provided by MEDIA CHYTŘE s.r.o., IČO 07583532, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union, with its registered seat at Jaurisova 515/4, Michle, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, European Union, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 303516 (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”).

As an EU-incorporated business, we operate under the European Union’s consumer protection framework, which provides robust rights to customers worldwide who buy from us — including the safeguards described in these Terms and the additional 30-day goodwill guarantee in our Refund Policy.

By accessing the Website, creating an account, completing the free Wealth Authority Blueprint opt-in, or purchasing any product, you (“you,” “User,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Nature of the Services

The Services consist of digital downloads (PDF protocols, templates, checklists), email content, and optional higher-tier educational programmes such as the Cashflow Lab. All materials are delivered electronically via download link or email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Free Lead Magnet

Some Services (such as receiving the free Wealth Authority Blueprint) require you to provide an email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.2 Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable indirect taxes shown at checkout. Where required by law (e.g., EU VAT for B2C digital sales), the applicable tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the billing country you provide. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price displayed on the order page at the time of purchase.

4.3 Order Process

1. You select a product and click the buy button.
2. You are redirected to a secure checkout powered by Stripe.
3. You enter your billing details and payment information.
4. You confirm and submit the order. This constitutes a binding offer.
5. We accept your offer by sending an order confirmation email containing the digital product download link.

4.4 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., a third-party payment processor. We never see, store, or process your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you authorise Stripe and us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of the order.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing one or more download links and/or instructions to access the materials. We aim to deliver instantly; in rare cases (e.g. payment processor delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your product after 24 hours, please contact support@wealthauthoritymedia.com.

7. Licence & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the digital products for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You may:

• Download the products to devices you own.
• Print one (1) copy for personal reference.
• Apply the concepts and frameworks in your own business.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute the products in any form.
• Share download links, login credentials, or product files with any third party.
• Upload the products to file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or public repositories.
• Reproduce the products for commercial purposes, including using them as the basis for your own competing course.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary markings.
• Use the products to develop, train, or fine-tune machine learning or artificial intelligence systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and in the digital products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, frameworks, methodologies, file structures, code, and the “Wealth Authority” brand — is the exclusive property of MEDIA CHYTŘE s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by Czech, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted access. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, free of viruses or harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MEDIA CHYTŘE s.r.o., its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Czech consumer protection law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MEDIA CHYTŘE s.r.o. and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of any law or any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful conduct. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) will survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

14.1 Out-of-court resolution for Czech consumers

If you are a consumer with habitual residence in the Czech Republic, you have the right to seek out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, www.coi.cz. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced by email or by a notice on the Website at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.

16. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
